Lambs are butchered between September and December. Placing a non-refundable $100 deposit will guarantee you a lamb from our limited supply.
By purchasing a whole lamb, you will have more flexibility to select the cuts you receive at an average of only $16/lb rather than at a rate of $30+/lb for premium cuts like chops or racks. Our lambs provide an average butchered weight of 40lbs.
Our grass-fed & finished lamb has a leaner fat profile and lighter flavor than grain-fed alternatives. Because it is important to us that the meat we raise is truly nutritious and free of chemicals, in 2024 we paid for testing to confirm that our lamb is free of certain chemicals that can be retained in the soil, such as PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances aka "forever chemicals"). Not only to we live where we grow, but we and our children eat the same produce we sell to you. Stop by anytime to see our farm and learn more about our regenerative agricultural practices.
